Travel by riverboat and hike through tropical rainforests to observe orangutans being reintroduced into the wild.  Orangutans are somewhat curious about humans and may want to investigate your backpack!  Walk through a pristine primary forest at Camp Leakey to participate in the afternoon feeding.  Stay in a forest lodge and enjoy the antics of a group of long tail macaques that live in the trees surrounding your rooms.  During the day the strange proboscis monkeys are also prevalent in the area but return to the trees along the river to rest.
